I bought this scale at Costco. What a big mistake! Not only is it difficult to turn on, every time I weigh myself I get a different result. We are not talking about ounces but a 4 to 5 pound variation. Do not waste your money.

I weigh myself a few times right after each other in order to get the most accuracy and every time I get the same, consistent weight. I've had absolutely no issues with it other than it does take a bit more than a simple tap to get it to turn on.

I bought it yesterday at Costco and was immediately ready to take it back due to the difficulty in tapping. Then I read another review where it was noted that lifting anyplace with a toe and dropping the scale works. "Forget that!" was my initial reaction, but guess what, it's not so bad.
